| and no valve ticky no oil use and it runs great and I live in hot Orlando Fla, bought the car in 92 with 4k on it. I used to change oil and filter every 3k to 4k miles or 4 months which ever came first when I was using the car alot. When the mileage got over 70k I started using a quality brand of High Milage 10w 30 non syn like Mobile High mileage non syn or Castrol high mileage. These oils have a bit more anti wear additives plus seal conditioners and will not hurt your car. Since your car has 79k and you don't know what is in there a non syn will not hurt but a syn could cause some seal leakage due to the aggressive cleaning additives in them. Some say that will subside as the seals soften but I have had cases where the seal leaks did not go away. The oil analysis probably will not tell if syn or non syn especially if the base oil is not a pure syn like most of the stuff on the market but generally it will tell you what is in solution like metals and water contaminates like anti -freeze in the oil.
